The founder
Replyful was founded by Andreas Du Rietz, an experienced tech entrepreneur with a background from some of the Nordics' most successful companies. Throughout his career, Andreas has worked at Klarna, Tradedoubler, and Tibber, where he saw firsthand how customer service can be transformed with the right tools and processes.
It was at Tibber where the idea for Replyful was born. There, Andreas experienced how automating customer support could transform both the customer experience and the work environment for the support team - when done right.
Our vision
We believe AI in customer support shouldn't replace people, but free them. The repetitive questions that drain time and energy can be handled by AI, while your team gets to focus on what truly requires a human touch - the complex issues, the relationships, and the genuine help.
Replyful is built to be the tool we ourselves wished we had: smart enough to know when to step aside, easy to get started with, and entirely based in the EU.
