Conformance is verified by automated WCAG tests run on every deploy.

What we do

Conformance covers keyboard operation, screen reader support, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion preferences.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in the Replyful chatbot widget, email [email protected]. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and aim to respond within five business days.
