1. What Replyful is

Replyful is a customer support platform that provides AI-powered chatbots, email automation, and tools for human support agents. We help businesses handle customer inquiries more efficiently.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Replyful
• One person or company per account (no sharing accounts)

3. Pricing and payment

Billing cycles

We offer monthly and annual plans. Annual plans are paid upfront and include a discount.

Payment

Fees are charged in advance. All prices are in SEK unless otherwise stated. VAT is added where applicable.

Price changes

We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Failed payments

• AI processing (chatbots, automation) is suspended immediately when payment fails
• Access to the admin interface is blocked after 14 days of non-payment

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 30 days.

This guarantee applies once per customer and only to the first payment. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. No prorated refunds for unused months (except under the 30-day guarantee)

After cancellation, you retain access until your paid period ends. Your data is deleted 30 days after your subscription ends, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Replyful for:

• Anything illegal under Swedish or EU law
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Distributing malware or malicious code
• Content harmful to minors
• Impersonating others or spreading misinformation
• Attempting to breach our security or access other customers' data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Your content and data

• You own your data (customer conversations, knowledge base content, etc.)
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use content you upload

8. Our intellectual property

Replyful, including our software, design, and branding, belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service.

9. Service availability and limitations

No uptime guarantee

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee specific uptime. The service is provided "as is."

AI limitations

Our AI may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected responses. You're responsible for reviewing AI outputs where accuracy is critical.

Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations
• Your customers' actions or disputes with your customers

This doesn't limit liability for things that can't be legally excluded (like fraud or gross negligence).

11. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Fail to pay after repeated notices
• Use the service in a way that harms us or other customers

If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts (Stockholms tingsrätt).
