We set Replyful up together with you. If support isn't better and you ask within 90 days of your first payment, we refund your subscription: plan, seats and add-ons. AI resolutions are usage and aren't refunded. The guarantee applies once per customer.

A case the AI closed without anyone on your team replying, on chat or email. It is counted once per case and only after the case has stayed resolved for 72 hours — a customer who comes back within that window costs you nothing.

The email AI, sold as a per-seat add-on on Pro: a draft reply on every inbound email, autopilot when you want replies sent unattended, and a briefing on the contact at the top of each conversation. Adding it charges you today for the rest of your billing period, prorated; removing it takes effect at the end of the period, with no refund for time already paid.

Drafts, briefings and autopilot are covered by the AI assist add-on, with no per-case charge. AI resolutions are metered from the first case at one flat rate. You pay for what the AI actually resolved last month.

Yes. Set a monthly spend cap in your billing settings and the AI steps back when you reach it, so your AI bill is bounded by you rather than discovered on the invoice.

Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing, whenever you like. Cancel any time and your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
